MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Involvement in the aligning and implementing the Insurance Company Sales and Distribution strategy in support of the overall LBLIC/LBIC company strategy. Responsible for the Sales & Distribution budget of LBIC/LBLIC Drives the top line of the LBIC and LBLIC businesses through strategic stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing strategy development and product development. Negotiates and structures distribution networks to support strategy and business growth. Identify and select for MD and Board approval suitable distribution partners (UMA’s/Brokers/Administrators) in support of the partnership model of the company.
1. Develops, implements and aligns a Sales, marketing and distribution strategy and plan to achieve company targets including market & competitors research and analysis to inform company strategy and tactical implementation 2.
