This is an exciting opportunity to drive BD Excellence across Africa Commercial Operations, with strong alignment across logistics, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. The role focuses on embedding standardised ways of working, improving end-to-end processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance and customer experience. You will act as a key change agent, translating BD Excellence principles into practical, scalable routines across the region.
Champion BD Excellence across Commercial Operations, logistics, and supply chain
Design, standardise, and optimise end-to-end processes (order-to-cash, fulfilment, inventory visibility, issue resolution)
Embed Daily Management routines, Tiered Management Systems, and performance visualisation (Bowlers)
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, reducing manual work, and improving process stability
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support performance management and decision-making
Enhance Customer Experience by improving reliability, responsiveness, and transparency
Lead the adoption of digital solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve efficiency and automation
Coach and influence stakeholders across commercial, customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams.
2–5 years’ experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Excellence
Strong process improvement and analytical skills (Excel, Power BI)
Knowledge of Lean / BD Excellence and performance management tools
Experience working across multiple stakeholders in regional environments
Strong communicator with a customer-centric and solutions-driven mindset
Passionate about continuous improvement, simplification, and digital innovation
