Reporting to: Head: Supply Chain
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and optimal demand planning of products through end-to-end S&OP process management. The position works with cross-functional commercial teams to ensure sound Customer Risk Management initiatives are implemented and aligned with the division’s business goals.

- B.Com or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields.
- FMCG background preferred.
- Experience in Planning, Logistics or Buying would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in managing a team of demand planners would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
- Experience in ERP systems and forecasting models.
- Experience in Depot Replenishment Planning and Customer order management would be advantageous.
- Experience with working with Divisional Exco team members and complex categories would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in key business process management and optimisation.
