We are a dynamic and ever-changing business that is in need of a Creditors Clerk. Being able to multitask and work accurately will be a strong point. Ability to manage multiple duties at one time and assist with administrative duties when required.
Duties
· Management of Creditors Accounts
· Reconciliations of Creditors Accounts
· Report to head of accounts
· Manage admin and filing
· Capture invoices
· Creating purchase orders for various departments
· Preparing payment pack on a weekly and monthly basis
Inter company recharges
Assist with Administrative tasks.
Requirement
· 2+ years' experience in a similar role
· Ability to speak, read and write English
· Experience working with Semper advantageous
· Experience with Xero accounting software advantageous
· Attention to detail, accuracy and deadline driven
· Computer literate in Microsoft packages
· Able to work flexible hours where required
· Well spoken
· Analytical
· Reporting directly to Accounts Head
· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
· 3 month probation period
· Able to start immediately
· Salary: R12 000 CTC
· Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
