Part-Time Sales Assistant

About Us
Composites & General South Coast is a growing supplier of fibreglass, resin, gelcoats, pigments and associated composite materials. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and technical support to customers across the South Coast.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and sales.
- Process sales and prepare quotations.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock.
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and well presented.
- Mix and prepare products where required (training will be provided).
- Assist with general warehouse duties.
- Handle customer collections and deliveries where required.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office experience essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable and well presented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift stock when required.
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience in hardware, building supplies, automotive, fibreglass or industrial products will be beneficial but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.

Working Hours
- 3 days per week.
- Additional days will be paid.
- Occasional Saturday mornings may be required.
Salary
Market-related and dependent on experience. Estimated R4000 per month (3 days per week)
