About the Role
Lorna Real Estate is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our agents, management team, and clients. The successful candidate will also act as a Personal Assistant to the Principals, assisting with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client enquiries.
Assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Prepare mandates, lease agreements, and maintain property files.
Upload and update property listings on online platforms.
Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems.
Schedule appointments, property viewings, and follow-ups.
Provide daily administrative support to the sales agents.
Assist with marketing materials and basic social media posts.
Provide personal assistant support to the Principals of Lorna Real Estate.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience (real estate experience is advantageous).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Must reside in Pretoria North or Akasia.
