Job Summary
This role involves promoting and selling funeral insurance products, generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties

Promote and sell funeral insurance products to new and existing clients

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement

Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets

Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally

Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service before and after policy sales
Qualifications and Skills

Matric / Grade 12

RE5 qualification (advantageous)

Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or direct face to face sales (advantageous)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Computer literacy and basic administrative skills

Valid driver's license (Code 08) and own transport (advantageous)
