We are seeking an exceptional commercial executive to join our Executive Committee as Group Sales & Marketing Director.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Group's commercial agenda by developing and executing a unified sales and marketing strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth, enhances customer value and strengthens Servest's market position.
You will provide executive leadership across business development, strategic sales, marketing, key account management, commercial excellence and pricing, while partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Preferred Experience
- Executive leadership experience within Facilities Management, Business Services, Security, Cleaning, Hygiene, Property Services, Logistics or Business-to-Business Services.
- 10 yrs + experience managing national commercial operations.
- Strong understanding of integrated solutions selling.
- Experience with CRM platforms, commercial analytics and digital sales enablement.
- Board and Executive Committee exposure will be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification will be advantageous.
