iStudent Academy/Think360 JHB – Branch Administrator
Required Experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Johannesburg, for a Branch Administrator with strong administrative experience. This position would consist of two primary functions namely assisting and reporting daily to the Branch Manager as well as the Key Accounts Manager as well as assisting in the delivery and maintenance of the front office and test centre
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years Administration Experience
- Computer Literacy (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Outgoing personality
Responsibilities And Duties
FOR KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
- Branch schedule that is sent out on a monthly basis
- Control DaiIy schedule i.e. when received the enrollment forms add the names to the schedule
- Create the virtual meeting for training when required
- Course confirmations sent out every Monday for following week i.e. delegates/facilitator
- Confirm course confirmation with client
- Manual orders every week on a Monday (Delegate and instructor)
- Collecting manuals for training when required
- Manage all corporate bookings
- File all the registers and evaluation forms to server
- Update and Control voucher List for iStudent (exams) and Think360 (Corporate)
- Printing daily attendance registers and supplying Trainers with their manuals
- Log on and take the register for virtual training. (OA or Trainer)
- Assist facilitator while in training (Mainly first hour) i.e. absent delegates, virtual issues
- Compile and print certificates for the days training
- Send out the e-books access key if required for training. (OA or trainer)
- Load and create MTM classes and keep weekly checks
FRONT OFFICE / RECPTION
- Monthly inventory checks on all equipment and Stock Room management
- Purchasing of Office supplies
- Assist with general administration of the office when required as well as assisting with any ad hoc administration duties as stipulated by the Branch Manager
- Assist with Pearson Vue Testing Centre
- Clean Pearson Vue Test Centre white boards and ensure RMA is run at the end of each day
- Order exams for corporate and IStudent delegates
- Monthly Grocery order
- Catering reconciliation report sent to the accountant on a weekly basis
FOR BRANCH MANAGER
- Assist in monitoring the classes and reporting absent students and sending their respective parents a notification SMS
- Assist in capturing assessment results on the students portfolio management system
- Assist in the marketing department with calls to prospective students
- Assist in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the campus
