Full Job Description

Job Requirements: The ideal applicant will possess the following: - Have at least Grade 12 or an equivalent academic qualification. Certificate/Diploma in Payroll Management an advantage.

· At least 5 years salaries and wages admin experience. Payroll Accounting knowledge, and advance Excel knowledge. Payspace payroll experience at supervisory/parameter level is a prerequisite. Knowledge of wages’ and salaries’ systems, relevant legislation, payroll procedures, payroll reconciliations. Excellent numerical skills. Experience in the Bus Industry, and Motor Industry an advantage.

Job Outputs: Providing an error free payroll. Attend to all wages and salaries queries. Overseeing all Salary & Wage related processes. Data capturing, filing and controlling of weekly reports and monthly payrolls. Dealing with reconciliation and queries related to SARS. Maintain the payroll manual. Distribution of electronic payroll reports. Conducting payroll audits at the various Business Units and Sites. Supervise staff. Payroll reconciliations. Correct application of company’s policies and procedures.
