We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team in Phalaborwa. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office and assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Maintain accurate office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and general office enquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings and assist with preparing meeting documentation.
- Capture and update data accurately on company systems and spreadsheets.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Support onboarding and general administration for new employees.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics coordination when needed.
- Welcome and assist visitors and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Previous administrative experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
