About the Role

Tswaranang Financial Services is seeking experienced and motivated Financial Advisors / Sales Agents to join our growing team in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal.

If you have a proven track record in the insurance industry, enjoy meeting people, and are passionate about helping clients protect their financial future, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Generate new business by selling insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify clients’ financial and insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (essential).
RE5 qualification will be an advantage.
Matric (Grade 12).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport will be an advantage.

Basic Salary: R7,500 per month

Important Notice

This is a target-driven sales position. Successful candidates will be expected to meet monthly sales targets.

Pay: R7 500,00 per month

Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

Insurance sales: 1 year (Required)

Location:

Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal
