Full Job Description

Construction Group of companies seeks to employ a tender administrator.

Key Responsibilities

· Search and Tracking: Monitor portals and publications to find relevant bids and requests for quotes (RFQs).

· Document Compilation: Gather required information from internal teams to build accurate, professional tender packs.

· Compliance and Submissions: Check that tender compliance, functionality and deadlines are strictly met before final delivery.

· Record Keeping: Maintain neat digital and physical filing systems for active and past bids.

· Requirements and Skills

· Education: Grade 12/Matric certificate A a diploma administration/procurement will be an added advantage

· Experience: 5 years of working in construction tendering.

· Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of standard office software like Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Personal Traits: High attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
