Purpose of the Role:
The Technical Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting Tosas' strategic customer accounts and key projects by coordinating technical information, laboratory results, investigations, reporting, and customer engagement.
The role acts as a central link between customers, Technical, Laboratory, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication, proactive issue management, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement in product performance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technical support activities for strategic customer accounts.

Compile and prepare monthly customer and contract performance reports.

Consolidate laboratory results, technical investigations, quality data, and operational information.

Track customer complaints, product performance concerns, investigations, and corrective actions.

Support customer meetings through preparation of technical reports, presentations, and data summaries.

Liaise with Technical, Laboratory, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Maintain contract documentation, action registers, and performance dashboards.

Assist in root cause investigations and technical problem-solving activities.
Minimum Qualifications

BSc, BTech, National Diploma or equivalent qualification in:

Chemistry

Chemical Engineering

Materials Science
-
Civil Engineering
-
Or a related technical discipline
Experience & Skills
-
3-5 years' experience in a technical, laboratory, quality, technical services, customer support, or project coordination environment.

Strong report writing and technical communication skills.

Ability to analyse data and identify trends.

Experience preparing technical reports, summaries, and presentations.

Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, technical services, quality, R&D, or customer support environment will be advantageous.
