Your Responsibilities

The clear focus of your role is telephone outbound activities and active sales promotion. This includes inparticular:

Active acquisition of new customers in the B2B and B2C sectors
Telephone sales of products and services
Scheduling sales and consulting appointments for the field sales team
Conducting follow-up calls with existing prospects and customers
Customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and special offers
Re-engaging former customers
Identifying customer needs and conducting customer surveys
Maintaining and updating customer data in the system
Achieving defined sales and quality targets
Providing professional advice and support to customers over the phone

In addition, we would appreciate a willingness to take on inbound tasks when needed, for example in

customer service (E-Mail or telephone support)

Ideally, you have:

Swiss German as your native language or very good Swiss German skills

Experience in telephone outbound work (sales, appointment setting B2B/B2C)

Enjoyment of communication, sales, and achieving targets

A positive, motivated, and eager-to-learn personality
Quick comprehension skills and confident use of common IT tools
An independent, accurate, and efficient working style
Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
High self-motivation and strong closing skills
Experience in inbound/customer service

Availability (weekly shift scheduling) for assignments from Monday to Friday for 6.5 hours within

operating hours of 08:00 to 20:00

Availability (weekly shift scheduling) for Saturday assignments of up to 4 hours within the hours of

09:00 to 14:00

Pay: R9 791,65 - R29 692,89 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Johannesburg, Gauteng
