We are looking for a driven, energetic, and tech-savvy Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are a natural communicator, love the thrill of the chase, and want a role where your earning potential is entirely in your own hands, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to identify, connect with, and enroll professionals into our accredited CPD workshops. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Lead Generation: Active prospecting to find and qualify potential delegates who need CPD points.
- Outbound Outreach: Conducting high-volume email campaigns and cold/warm calling to introduce our workshops.
- Relationship Building: Engaging with prospects on LinkedIn and maintaining a professional, helpful presence.
- Closing Deals: Guiding prospects through the enrollment pipeline to secure paid delegate registrations.
Performance KPIs
To succeed in this role, you must consistently hit the following daily and monthly targets:
- Lead Generation: Source and document 100 new leads per day.
- Outreach: Send a minimum of 25 tailored outreach emails per day.
- Sales Target: Secure at least 5 paid delegate sales per month.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grind. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- LinkedIn Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn for social selling, networking, and lead generation.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a professional, confident, and persuasive telephonic manner.
- Self-Motivated: A resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Organized: Great time-management skills to balance high-volume lead generation with daily outreach.
- Previous experience in educational sales, telemarketing, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
