- Take responsibility for the smooth running of all staff desktops, phones , and other hardware for example laptops, teleconference facilities etc. for all users to ensure efficiency and maximise productivity of internal staff for a 24-hour business.
- Installation/configuration of software including email, antivirus or any third-party applications requested by the customer
- Provide support for any IT related issue as direct by management
- Maintain/Upgrade/Troubleshoot all customer hardware including PC’s and peripherals, network devices or other devices requested by Manager
- Liaise with external suppliers/vendors for the repair of equipment/software under warranty or maintenance contract
- Take ownership of incidents and professionally manage them through to resolution
- Ensure all incidents, issues and changes are recorded by users
- Manage incidents, problems and Provide hands on support for other IT teams members
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by management
- Provide support for all IT related projects (out of hours working, occasional nights and weekends)
- Provide weekly reports to management for all issues at assigned branches
- Request quotes with proper information on hardware/software
- Manage small projects under the supervision and with the assistance of IT manager
- Escalate to relevant team/senior if beyond ability or responsibility

- CompTIA A+ - or equivalent knowledge/experience

- Sophos XG Firewall Engineer

- Desktop support 1 and 2nd line support
- Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
