Full Job Description

We're looking for experienced cold callers / appointment setters for a long-term opportunity targeting eCommerce businesses (Shopify, BigCommerce & WooCommerce merchants).

Role includes:

Cold calling business owners & decision maker
Introducing our fraud + shipping protection services with exciting combo packages
Booking qualified appointments
Providing basic call notes
Sending email follow-ups when needed/requested

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years B2B cold calling experience
Strong English communication
Confident on phone
Able to handle basic objections
Ability to stay consistent with daily/weekly call goals

Compensation:

Hourly base pay
Bonus per qualified appointment
Additional bonuses may be offered when deals close
Increased bonuses available for exceeding weekly appointment targets and strong consistent performance
