About Us
888AI is a UK-based company that provides outsourced AI training and data annotation services. We work as a subcontractor delivering data labelling and human feedback projects for AI companies, including work sourced through MultiMango and Outlier AI. We're expanding our South African team to meet growing demand for this work.

About the Role
We're hiring for two positions, each with a fixed weekly schedule:

Weekday role (Full-time): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Weekend role (Part-time): Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours/day)

In this role, you'll help improve AI model outputs by reviewing, evaluating, and providing structured feedback on AI-generated content, as part of projects we deliver on behalf of our AI industry clients.

Responsibilities

Review and rank AI-generated responses for accuracy and quality
Write and evaluate sample content across a range of topics
Fact-check and assess AI outputs against guidelines
Provide structured, written feedback to improve model performance
Meet productivity and quality targets for assigned tasks

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and own laptop/pc
A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
Available for one of the two schedules listed above
Prior writing, editing, research, or data-related experience is a plus but not necessary

What We Offer

R45.00 per hour
Fully remote work, anywhere in South Africa
Weekly pay, processed through PayPal
Fixed, consistent weekly schedule
Opportunity to work on AI industry projects as part of a growing outsourcing team
