We're looking for a proactive and ownership-driven individual to lead recruitment and support HR operations. You’ll play a key role in refining processes, driving continuous improvement, and helping us attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the role, contribute to cross-functional projects, and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our evolving HR practices.

The HR Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper. They will oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees.
