Sales Consultant (Wellness Industry) - Remote

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Employment Type: Part time and full time positions available

Working Hours: U.S. Central Time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Sales Consultant who excels at building trust, understanding client needs, and guiding prospective clients through a professional sales process.

This is not a telemarketing or cold-calling position.

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of selling over the phone and via Zoom in a remote environment. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can confidently navigate meaningful conversations, and is skilled at helping clients make informed decisions.

Candidates with experience working remotely for international companies such as Amazon, SaaS organizations, healthcare providers, financial services firms, coaching businesses, wellness companies, or other high-performance remote sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Conduct scheduled sales consultations via phone and Zoom
Build genuine rapport and trust with prospective clients
Identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening
Present solutions confidently and professionally
Manage leads through the full sales cycle
Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up activities
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance and client experience

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

Minimum 3 years of remote sales experience
Proven success closing sales over phone and Zoom
Experience working for international or remote-first companies
Strong consultative sales skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience using CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline

Preferred Experience

Amazon, SaaS, healthcare, wellness, insurance, coaching, education, or financial services sales experience
High-ticket sales experience
Experience selling solutions rather than products
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
