As we continue to expand across the UK, Europe, Africa, and international markets, we are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, candidates, and business partners.
The Opportunity
As a Receptionist, you will represent Lamqora by delivering a professional and welcoming experience to everyone who interacts with our business. You will manage incoming calls, emails, enquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks while supporting multiple departments with day-to-day operations.
Although this is a remote position, you will act as the company's virtual front desk, ensuring all communications are handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and business partners.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Respond to email enquiries and online messages promptly.
- Welcome and assist virtual visitors and meeting attendees.
- Transfer enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure every interaction reflects Lamqora's professional standards.
Appointment & Calendar Management
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Coordinate calendars for recruitment consultants and managers.
- Send meeting invitations and confirmations.
- Follow up on appointment reminders.
- Manage meeting room bookings for virtual sessions where required.
Administrative Support
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems.
- Assist with document preparation and formatting.
- Update company records and databases.
- Support daily administrative activities across departments.
Recruitment Support
- Respond to candidate enquiries.
- Schedule interviews with applicants.
- Assist candidates with application enquiries.
- Coordinate interview confirmations and reminders.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks.
Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.
- Resolve routine enquiries efficiently.
- Escalate complex requests to the relevant department.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
CRM & Records Management
- Update HubSpot CRM with customer and candidate information.
- Maintain accurate appointment records.
- Ensure all communications are logged appropriately.
- Support data accuracy across business systems.
Office Coordination
- Monitor shared inboxes.
- Coordinate internal communications.
- Assist with organising company meetings, webinars, and online events.
- Support Operations with general administrative duties.

Required Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
