About the Brands

ADHD Certify and Autism Detect are private assessment and diagnostic-support brands, helping individuals access fast, professional ADHD and Autism assessments online.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Healthcare Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the growth, performance and day-to-day running of ADHD Certify and Autism Detect. This is a hybrid role spanning marketing, sales enablement, data analysis, project management and strategy it is not a narrow marketing-execution position.

You will be the single point of accountability for these brands' performance. Historically, performance has held steady with founder involvement and dropped when that involvement stepped back this role exists to close that gap permanently. You're expected to spot problems before they surface, drive daily momentum without being chased, and bring new ideas proactively rather than waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

Own the marketing and growth strategy for both brands
Identify new channels, partnerships and growth opportunities ("blue sky thinking")
Build and maintain a rolling 90-day growth roadmap

Marketing Execution

Oversee and advise paid, organic and content marketing across Meta, Google, SEO and email
Oversee website performance, SEO health and conversion rate optimisation
Oversee the content calendar and creative briefs, coordinating designers, freelancers and agencies

Sales & Conversion

Monitor and improve the lead-to-booking / enquiry-to-assessment funnel
Chase up leads, partners and stalled processes to keep the pipeline moving
Work with any clinical/assessment partners on booking flow and patient journey

Data & Performance

Track KPIs daily and weekly (leads, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS)
Build and maintain simple, founder-readable reporting dashboards
Flag underperformance early and recommend corrective action, don't just report it

Project Management

Run daily check-ins and keep tasks/deadlines visibly on track
Manage brands' marketing output and project manage work
Keep in touch daily with Head of Departments (internal)
Maintain a single live task tracker so nothing falls through gaps

What Success Looks Like

Lead volume and cost-per-lead trending in the right direction month on month
Enquiry-to-paid-assessment conversion rate improving or stable
Revenue growth against a rolling monthly target
Drive marketing strategy and implementing new campaigns using the team
Take control of the marketing execution and be proactive, not reactive.
All round marketing knowledge to guide, advise and support the marketing team
Marketing Director receives a clear, on-time weekly report and is never chasing for updates

Requirements

3+ years in a marketing manager or growth role, ideally healthcare, D2C, or subscription/service businesses
Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution this is not just delegation alone.
Strong with data: Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, spreadsheets
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Proactive and self-directed, comfortable working with Directors and stakeholders
Healthcare or regulated-industry marketing experience is a strong plus

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
