Field Tracing & Client Reinstatement Agent

Location: [Gauteng/North West]
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Field Tracing & Client Reinstatement Agents to join our team. Successful candidates will visit clients at their homes or places of work based on appointments arranged by our call centre team.

The primary objective is to engage with clients face-to-face, discuss outstanding payment matters, and encourage the reinstatement of payment arrangements in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Attend appointments scheduled by call centre agents.
Visit clients at their homes, workplaces, or other agreed locations.
Conduct professional face-to-face discussions regarding payment reinstatement.
Build rapport and negotiate suitable payment solutions.
Accurately record visit outcomes and submit reports.
Maintain a professional image while representing the company.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver's licence.
Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Previous experience in collections, tracing, debt recovery, field sales, insurance, or client services will be advantageous.
Smartphone with internet access.
