WHO I AM
I'm Chris Hill, founder of Lifestyle Entrepreneur.
I work across multiple businesses, investments, partnerships and projects focused on helping entrepreneurs build lives of Health, Wealth and Happiness.
My work includes coaching and mentoring business owners, speaking at events, creating content, investing in property, supporting business partnerships and building brands that make a meaningful impact.
The pace is fast, the standards are high, and there is always plenty happening.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
You won't simply be managing a diary or booking meetings.
You'll become a trusted right-hand person helping to organise priorities, drive projects forward, maintain momentum and create the structure that allows ambitious plans to become reality.
When this role is working well, opportunities are followed up, projects move forward, deadlines are hit, clients feel supported and nothing important falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Executive Support & Communication
- Managing inboxes and prioritising communication
- Drafting emails and correspondence on my behalf
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Managing introductions and relationship follow-up
- Following up opportunities, conversations and commitments
- Helping ensure communication remains organised and professional
- Content & Personal Brand Management
- Managing content production schedules
- Coordinating editors, designers and external contractors
- Scheduling content across platforms
- Monitoring comments and direct messages
- Actively engaging with our audience where appropriate
- Tracking content performance and reporting insights
- Helping ensure content commitments are delivered consistently
- Project & Goal Management
This is one of the most important parts of the role.
- Creating and maintaining task management systems
- Turning plans into actionable projects
- Tracking progress against goals and priorities
- Taking meeting notes and managing action points
- Following up team members and external partners
- Identifying bottlenecks before they become problems
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Helping maintain focus on the most important priorities
- Property & Investment Administration
- Supporting property acquisition and investment activities
- Coordinating viewings and inspections
- Liaising with solicitors, brokers and lenders
- Organising compliance documentation
- Tracking transactions and key milestones
- Maintaining accurate document storage systems
- Supporting ongoing portfolio administration
- Commercial & Financial Administration
- Raising and issuing client invoices
- Monitoring outstanding payments
- Following up overdue invoices professionally
- Maintaining accurate client billing records
- Supporting monthly reporting processes
- Liaising with accountants and bookkeepers when required
- Tracking recurring payments and memberships
- Helping ensure administration never becomes a blocker to cash flow
- Lifestyle & Personal Administration
- Travel bookings and itinerary management
- Event planning and logistics
- Family diary management
- Appointment scheduling
- Gift research and purchasing
- Personal administration tasks
- Research projects and ad-hoc support

You are:

- Reliable without needing constant supervision
You enjoy creating order from chaos.
You take pride in making things happen.
You don't wait to be told what to do.
You spot problems early and solve them before they become bigger issues.

- Remote role
- South Africa-based applicants only
- 10 hours per week initially
- UK business hours overlap required
- R350 per hour
- Opportunity to increase hours, responsibility and earnings as the business grows
