Full Job Description

Company Overview We are a professional cleaning company based in New York, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across New York and New Jersey. We are growing fast and looking for a driven, results-oriented cold caller to help us expand our client base.

Position Overview We are seeking a confident, experienced remote cold caller to generate leads and book appointments for our sales team. You will be the first voice potential clients hear — so professionalism, clarity, and persistence are a must.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial prospects in the NY & NJ area
Introduce our cleaning services and generate qualified leads
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records daily
Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets
Follow up consistently with warm leads

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, and confident phone presence
Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (cleaning, home services, or B2B preferred)
Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
Personal computer or laptop in good working condition
Quiet, professional home work environment
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus
