Manufacturing Recruiter – Remote

Location: Remote

StaffEagle LLC is a US-based recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, and skilled trades recruitment. We work directly with companies across the United States to identify and place qualified professionals in technical and manufacturing roles.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter with proven US staffing agency experience and a strong background recruiting for US manufacturing clients.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through placement.
Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical and manufacturing positions.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews and assess qualifications and fit.
Make outbound calls and engage passive candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.
Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience.
Direct experience recruiting for US manufacturing clients is required.
Experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, or technical professionals.
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience using Indeed and an ATS.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ability to work independently and manage recruiting priorities in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to IT recruiting, implementation partners, vendor-supplied candidates, or non-sourcing recruitment work will not be considered.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

Can independently source and qualify hard-to-find technical talent.
Takes ownership of open positions from start to finish.
Is comfortable with outbound recruiting and engaging passive candidates.
Is organized and consistent with follow-ups.
Is driven by submissions, interviews, and placements.
Can work effectively in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET)
1-hour total break, which can be split into 30 + 30 minutes or 30 + 15 + 15 minutes.
Full-time availability during these hours is required.

For candidates in South Africa: The current schedule is 3:00 PM–12:00 AM SAST while the US is on daylight saving time. During the US winter schedule, it will be 4:00 PM–1:00 AM SAST.

Compensation

Competitive base salary based on experience.
Commission/performance-based incentives.
Compensation will be based on experience and interview performance.
