This position is remote in South Africa

Compensation:

$15,000 - $25,000 USD yearly

Responsibilities:

Schedules Arrangements

Daily oversight of calendar management.
Daily oversight of email management.
Schedule business and personal travel.
Screening incoming information from messages, phone calls, emails, voicemails, and memos, then compile information and report to the Partner/Executive.
Be the main point of contact for the Partner/Executive and daily needs.

Office Assistance

Attend and participate on a meaningful level in meetings.
Ordering of office supplies.

Other Assistance

Manage firm systems for sending out direct mail like birthday cards, holiday cards, thank you cards, etc.
Completion of expense reports.
Attend meetings and transcribe notes.

Personal Management

Coordination of logistics for personal errands, family and personal travel, etc.

Childcare and Pet Care

Arrange for the Partner's child(ren) and/or Pets to and from daycare/school or appointments, if needed and/or applicable.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties.
Some college or a college degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
Proficient to excelling in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information.
