Not the off-the-shelf stuff everyone’s playing with. We build custom, cutting-edge AI tools and we want someone with the eye and the instincts to push them further.

So let’s be blunt about who this is for. We want the top performers. The ones who get bored when things are easy and come alive when something’s hard. Out-of-the-box, out-of-this-orbit thinkers. People who looked at a website and instantly knew exactly what was wrong with it and how to fix it. If you’re a cookie-cutter, color-inside-the-lines, “just tell me what to do” type, this will not be fun for you, and you shouldn’t apply. Seat-warmers, save yourself the time.

But if you’re the kind of person who wants to be dangerously good at web design and digital experience in five years? This is where you sharpen the blade.

What you’ll actually do:

Design and refine web pages that actually convert, not just look pretty
Use AI tools to build, iterate, and improve faster than any traditional workflow
Develop visual assets, layouts, and graphics with a strong, consistent brand eye
Think through user experience and ask “why would someone click, or leave?”
Collaborate on landing pages, campaign assets, and site updates
Stress-test AI design and development tools across real projects

Who we want:

A strong eye for design, you feel the difference between good and great
Technically capable in website design (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar)
Fluent (or fearless) with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva, and whatever else gets the job done
Obsessed with design, UX, visual storytelling, and how people interact with screens
Killer written English, you can communicate your ideas clearly
Takes feedback like a designer, not like it’s a personal attack
Self-driven, nobody should have to chase you

You don’t need years of experience. You need taste, hustle, judgment, and hunger.

The skills you walk away with: real AI-design chops, a portfolio of actual work, and the kind of instinct that pays off for the rest of your career.

Compensation:

Paid remote internship. $3-$5 USD per hour depending on experience, availability, and quality of work. Strong candidates may start with a short paid trial assignment before a longer internship.

Where this can go:

Strong performers may move into longer-term paid work and bigger responsibility. For an exceptional long-term candidate, future US visa sponsorship may be considered only where legally appropriate and after sustained performance with the company. Sponsorship is not guaranteed.

The setup: Remote, part-time, paid trial period, flexible hours but communicate like a pro, South African candidates encouraged to apply, must overlap occasionally with US Eastern Time.
