Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of store performance, team leadership, and daily operations. This role requires a strong presence on the floor, with the ability to lead from the front while maintaining control of the bigger picture. The General Manager is responsible for driving financial results, maintaining high operational standards, and building a structured, accountable team. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business—supporting service, resolving issues, and ensuring consistency—while leading through your management team to deliver long-term stability and performance.

- Full ownership of revenue, costs, and overall store performance
- Leading and developing a strong management team
- Maintaining high standards across service, product, and operations
- Being present and hands-on in the business, especially during peak periods
- Managing labour, stock, and costs in line with targets
- Driving a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and professionalism

The Role
This is not a desk-based position. The right candidate will be present, engaged, and confident stepping into operations when needed, while still leading the business through a strong management structure.
