Job Advert Summary

Rola are looking for a Marketing Assistant with multi-brand automotive experience. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can support our marketing team and help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience in marketing, automotive industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Clear criminal record
Valid unendorsed code 08 drivers licence

Duties and Responsibilities

Elevate our digital platforms – from website SEO to social media storytelling.
Manage paid media campaigns and dealer activations across Google, Meta & WhatsApp.
Create engaging content that builds reputation and drives customer engagement.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimisations.
Support events & activations that bring our brands to life and align with OEM strategy.
