At OTIS , a leading multinational company in the elevator industry, we are looking for a Local Representative to join our team in Gauteng
In this role, your priority will be to ensure the safety of passengers and stakeholders by maintaining elevators and escalators to the highest standards.
What you will do:
- Carry out maintenance and service visits across your assigned territory
- Manage your own portfolio of elevator and escalator units
- Respond quickly and efficiently to breakdowns, aiming for first-time fix
- Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation
- Build strong relationships with customers during on-site visits
What we are looking for:
- Experience in the elevator industry or a relevant technical background
- Knowledge in electricity or electrical engineering
- A valid driver’s license (if required locally)
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using digital and electronic tools
