This exciting opportunity will assist you in gaining hands-on experience coordinatin New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and Value-Added Product (VAP) projects from concept through to launch. You'll work collaboratively, contributing to exciting business initiatives, and help delivering products that make a real impact while building and enhancing valuable project management and commercial skills.
The role is Fixed Term for 24months / 2 years.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintaining up-to-date templates, meeting minutes, reports, and ensuring document revision control.
- Update and management of all the project databases, SharePoint and folders local and regional
Tracking & Reporting:
- Consolidating project data, information and compiling summary reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Administration:
- Schedule key project meetings and prepare presentation decks.
- Provide inputs from broader business meetings.
New Product Development and Existing Product Development Project Execution Management
The incumbent support or lead assigned initiatives in the innovation pipeline
- Co-ordinate the implementation of NPDs/EPDs from project initiation to launch
- Consolidation of the project scope and create timelines
- Follow-up on all activities and tasks, check outputs and ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate phase in plans and production through liaison with planning and factory to ensure minimal write-off during changes
- Generate cost statements for further financial analysis by acquiring costings from suppliers, procurement and financial data
Gross Margin Expansion
- Participate in cost savings initiatives with cross functional teams
- Identifies opportunities of simplification and rationalization opportunities across brands
- Reviews current practices and processes effectiveness and recommends improvements
Project co-ordination of identified opportunities.

The incumbent will perform additional responsibilities collaborating initiatives as assigned by the manager, ensuring alignment with GM improvement priorities, supply excellence goals, and overall business performance targets.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management / Supply Chain Management / Sciences / Engineering / Marketing or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in FMCG industry would be advantageous.
