Full Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior SEO Specialist.
Our client operates in a highly competitive digital market and is looking for a seasoned SEO
professional to take ownership of their organic search strategy and significantly grow their online
presence. This role requires someone with deep, hands-on experience across SEO, Google Ads, and
Meta Ads, with SEO as the primary focus, and the ability to work independently at a senior level
aligned with US Eastern Standard Time business hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering on-page, off-page, and technical
SEO
Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to drive
organic growth
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support paid search objectives alongside organic
efforts
Plan and oversee Meta Ads campaigns in coordination with broader digital marketing goals
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console,
GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site speed, crawlability, indexing, and
structured data
Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are
consistently implemented

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a competitive industry
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable traffic growth
Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Strong working knowledge of technical SEO principles and tools
Experience using analytics platforms to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Availability to work during US Eastern Standard Time business hours

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience working with US-based clients or in the US market
Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation SEO strategies
Background in managing SEO for multiple domains or large-scale websites
