Sushi Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder Wanted
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sushi Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team at a busy sushi and takeaway restaurant.

We are looking for someone with kitchen experience, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Sushi experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Duties will include:
- Preparing sushi and other menu items
- Assisting with general kitchen prep
- Cooking and preparing starters, meals, sauces, and sides
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping with stock control and reducing wastage
- Working well with the team during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Must have some kitchen or restaurant experience
- Must be reliable, punctual, and honest
- Must be willing to learn sushi preparation
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be neat, clean, and professional
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes
- Must be based locally or able to travel reliably to work
- Must be a South African citizen, permanent resident, or have valid legal work documents
