About the Position
We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our in-house security team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, visitors, staff, contractors, and the property while delivering a high standard of customer service within a high-rise residential environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid PSIRA Grade C registration (minimum requirement).
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 2 years' security experience.
- Clear criminal record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and professionally presented.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Conduct routine patrols of the property.
- Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents.
- Complete security registers and incident reports accurately.
- Enforce the Conduct Rules and security procedures.
- Report security risks, maintenance issues, and incidents to the Security Supervisor.
- Assist during emergencies and follow all security procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents and visitors.
Salary
Will be in accordance with the applicable PSIRA rates.
