Full Job Description

About the Position

Entry level position for a student that matriculated from class of 2024/2025 with CAT and/or IT as compulsory subjects and Bachelors' Pass.
Work is hybrid and hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Computer Literacy is compulsory.
To be considered upload your 2024 or 2025 matric certificate, CV and Drivers' license.

Role and responsibilities include the following:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:·

Certificate Lifecycle Management as per the Certificate Practice Statement

Perform identification and validation of Applicants for new Certificates
Perform identification and validation of Subscribers for Renewal requests
Perform identification and validation of Subscribers for Re-key/Re-issue requests
Perform identification and validation of Subscribers / 3rd party requests for Revoke requests
Approve certificate requests and Activate certificates
Ensure timely Revocation of certificates
Identify and manage High Risk Certificate requests and Blacklist database

Subscriber support:

Monitor support system for logged support tickets
Monitor support system for certificate problem reports
Respond to logged support tickets and certificate problem reports within 24 hours and ensure timely resolution of the issue

Execute the TrustFactory subscriber validation processes as per the Certificate Practice Statement, and following internally defined methods.

Support the CA Administrator in proper running of the TrustFactory software

Ensure the accuracy and quality of data captured into the TrustFactory system

Maintain awareness and understanding of the Information Security Management System of TrustFactory.

Take individual responsibility for protection of TrustFactory information through implementation and compliance with information security and privacy controls that are the responsibility of users or line management.

Undergo annual training on PKI systems, vetting procedures, and duties

Identify and recommend to management the Reliable Data Sources to be used for validation purposes

Identify sources for reference to validate Notary Publics, Commissioner of Oaths, Charted Accountants

Skills required

Education : 2024/2025 Matric Certificate with CAT and/or IT as compulsory subject with a Bachelors Pass

Must be Computer Literate

· Must be security aware and willing to keep updated with technology

· Must have good communication skills

· Must have good administrative and organization skills

· Attention to detail

· Fast learner – willing to develop a good understanding of validation and verification methods

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

· Maintains confidentiality

· Timeously responds to requests for service and assistance

· Skillfully gathers and analyses information

· Follows policies and procedures

· Team Player

Desired Skills:

Must be Computer Literate

An ability to stick to strict deadlines.

A keen eye for detail and logical thought process.

Education: CAT/IT subjects is compulsory, Computer Literacy is essential

License/Certification:Drivers License (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: Immediate
