Listing Agent – Smile PropertyPosition Overview

Smile Property is seeking an experienced and motivated Listing Agent to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and secure quality property listings for both sales and rentals. The successful candidate will proactively source property owners looking to sell or rent their homes, apartments, townhouses, and investment properties, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesListing Generation

Prospect and identify property owners interested in selling or renting their properties.
Generate new sales and rental listings through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and canvassing.
Conduct listing presentations and secure signed mandates from property owners.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sellers and landlords.

Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain professional relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Provide market-related advice and guidance to prospective clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the listing process.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.

Property Information Collection

Gather accurate property information, photographs, and supporting documentation.
Ensure all listing details are complete and submitted according to company standards.
Coordinate property valuations and market assessments where required.

Market Intelligence

Stay informed about local property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Identify new business opportunities within designated areas.
Monitor and report on listing activity and market conditions.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and listing activities.
Update the CRM system regularly with client interactions and listing progress.
Submit weekly activity and performance reports to management.
Ensure all mandates and compliance documentation are completed correctly.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience as a real estate Listing Agent.
Proven track record in generating property listings.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum 10 new sales listings secured monthly.
Minimum 10 new rental listings secured monthly.
Mandate conversion rate.
Prospecting activity levels.
Listing quality and compliance standards.
Client satisfaction and retention.
