The Product team delivers data-driven solutions that enable organizations to make informed decisions across Credit Risk, Marketing Solutions, Fraud Prevention, Collections, and Insurance. We support digital product development, customer onboarding, and solution delivery, ensuring seamless, scalable, and customer-centric product experiences.
Responsible for the evolution of a portfolio of customer-facing digital products, with ownership of the end-to-end product strategy, and roadmap across web, mobile, and API-driven platforms. This role translates business objectives and consumer needs into scalable digital solutions, leveraging customer insights, data analytics, and market trends. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact B2C products and drive continuous innovation in digital customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification with 7–10 years’ experience in digital product management, preferably in B2C environments
- Proven experience managing consumer-facing web and/or mobile products
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, web services and system integration architectures
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-centric products with strong UX focus
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Impact You'll Make:
- Define and execute data-driven product strategies aligned to business goals and consumer needs
- Own and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention)
- Translate customer insights into product features using user stories and journey maps
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Partner with IT on web architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform scalability
- Partner with Product Development to define technical requirements including performance, reliability, and security
- Ensure seamless integration across web, mobile, and third-party systems
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and continuous improvement
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Define and track key metrics including conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Use analytics tools and dashboards to generate insights and guide decisions
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to drive continuous optimization
- Develop and optimize pricing, monetization models, and digital funnels
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management strategies
- Improve conversion and onboarding experiences through continuous iteration
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and product expansion
- Lead digital product launches ensuring readiness across technology and customer experience
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Support digital initiatives including customer engagement and product positioning
- Act as the key liaison between business, technical teams, and leadership
- Communicate product plans, progress, and risks effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and manage technical issues in collaboration with engineering
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
