What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience working with sourdough pizza in a professional kitchen
Solid understanding of sourdough fermentation, dough handling, stretching, and shaping
Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary pizza styles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality
Passion for high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques
Team player with strong communication and kitchen etiquette

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage sourdough pizza dough from scratch daily
Hand-stretch and cook pizzas to perfection in a [specify oven type – e.g., wood-fired, electric deck oven, etc.]
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Support the kitchen team with prep and service
Preparation of ingredients and dough.
