Your objective is to convey the unique value and emotional experience of the venue to prospective clients, inspire them to visit the property, and convert that on-site visit into a finalized, official booking.
Your Primary Focus: Manage the entire sales funnel — from the initial digital enquiry, through the physical on-site tour, to the successful closing of the deal.
Value-Driven Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries (WhatsApp, email, phone, social media) by building rapport and selling the value of the venue, rather than merely sending price sheets.
On-Site Conversion (Physical Sales): Receive prospective clients at the venue, conduct property tours with confidence and persuasive flair, and convert the visit into a confirmed booking.
High-Speed Follow-ups: Execute systematic, targeted follow-up calls and correspondence to guide prospective clients through their decision-making process.
