- Set out and lay bricks, blocks and other masonry unit to drawing specification.
- Mix mortar and maintain correct consistency for structural work.
- Interpret building plans and set out instructions from foreman.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with site H&S rules.
- Mentor and supervise unskilled laborer's.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven bricklaying experience.
- NQF level 2 or 3 in bricklaying/Masonry OR trade test certificate.
- Ability to read basic building plans, use a spirit level, plumb line, and laser level will be an added advantage.
- Must have a valid SA ID.
- Must be medically fit.
