JOB OVERVIEW
To provide technical support to employees, including diagnosing operating systems, applications, and network difficulties, addressing application and software-related queries. To also administer and implement new technologies, delivering training and support to team members.

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
