To support both internal and external customers according to STOWE policies and procedures. The position requires one to have technical proficiency of all industry related hardware and software supported by STOWE. Extended working hours and long distance traveling are fundamental requirements. Project work including installations and training competency. Contractual understanding, Quality Assurance implementation and customer consultation. Leadership, mentorship and guidance of junior engineers.

Job Specifications include but are not limited to:

Incident Resolution & Implementation (40 %)

· Conform to Contractual SLA requirements

· Adherence to Incident Management Process Flow

· Accurate completion of worksheets, checklists and project documentation

· Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving

· High level communications and data structure understanding

· High level investigations

· Product Support

· Hardware Support

· Installation and Training capability

· Staging of Project equipment

· Conformance to implementation standards

· Understand and Implement HSSE and PPE requirements - Team

· Safety File upkeep

Leadership and Mentoring (20 %)

· Provide guidance to technicians and system engineers

· Drive Team internal training

· Manage Training registers

Administration & Tools Management (10 %)

· Administration to be completed as per internal policies and procedures

· Adherence to time lines and accuracy

· Boot Stock Management

· Hardware Tools

· Software Tools

· Weekly Vehiclee inspections

Policies and Procedures (20 %)

· Understanding and implementation of Stowe policies and procedures.

· Mentoring junior staff on policies and procedures

· Policing of Stowe policies and procedures

Additional Tasks that may be given at management’s discretion.

Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 Qualification

- A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent

- At Least 1 Year IT industry experience

- Driver’s License

- Passport
