Full Job Description

The Junior Multimedia Designer supports the creation of engaging visual and digital content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about graphic design, video editing, animation, and digital media. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the organization's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
Create and edit digital content, including videos, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.
Assist in developing visual assets for email campaigns and digital advertising.
Prepare artwork for print and digital production.
Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver creative projects on time.
Edit photographs and enhance images for various marketing purposes.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
Maintain an organized library of design files and digital assets.
Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and multimedia technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work will be considered).

A portfolio demonstrating creative design and multimedia projects.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects

Premiere Pro (advantageous)

Understanding of print production processes and digital publishing.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Basic photography and photo-editing skills.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (advantageous).

Working Conditions

Office-based, full time.
May occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours to meet project deadlines.
Regular use of computer-based design software and digital collaboration tools.
