Specialiced Alarm Monitoring Security Services are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in a client-facing technical support and coordination role within the technology and IoT solutions space.

This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting technical teams, and ensuring the successful rollout and ongoing quality of innovative tracking and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing key clients
Liaise with internal technical teams regarding installations and support requirements
Ensure high levels of customer service and clear communication at all times
Support project coordination and rollout of technology-based solutions
Assist with assessing incoming equipment and reporting any issues to relevant teams
Perform quality control checks on outgoing units prior to dispatch
Participate in a weekly standby rotation (supportive/assisting role)

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric qualification
Valid driver’s license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship abilities
Computer literate
Able to work independently and under pressure

Advantageous Experience

Technical background or exposure to field service environments
Experience with alarm systems, CCTV, or similar technologies
Familiarity with IoT, tracking, or security-related solutions
Sales, account management, or client service experience in a technical industry
