Legal&Tax Services (Pty) Ltd is an authorized financial services provider FSP No 28566. We provide our members with affordable subscription-based services that enable them to access professional advice, assistance and insurance cover through a focused suite of products ranging from legal expense insurance, funeral policies and hospital cash-back cover. These are complemented by a range of value-added services spanning tax, debt, trauma and educational services.

4. THE POSITION
We seek an Afrikaans-speaking legal advisor to provide daily telephonic advice, correspond on clients' behalf, and collaborate across departments. You should be dedicated to helping people with legal challenges, enthusiastic about tech-driven services, and committed to fully utilizing the helpline before escalating cases to our claims department. Maximizing our AI product, My AI Lawyer, for efficient, high-quality advice is essential.
5. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledge and exposure in the following legal fields: Labour, Criminal and Civil;
· Ability to work with AI tools such as Chat GPT and an interest in technological changes in the profession;
· Computer literacy with Microsoft products.
· Able to work well under pressure, have good time management skills and adapt quickly;
· Empathetic, want to serve the people of South Africa and believe in the alignment of their role with our purpose and values.
· Ability to attend to work within certain time prescribed periods.
6. QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must have obtained one of the following degrees from a South African University;
· LLB;
· BCom-LLB
· BA-LLB
7. EXPERIENCE
Must be an Admitted Attorney of the High Court with at least 1 year of post-articles experience.
Pay: From R19 000,00 per month
