The Enrichment Studio is on the lookout for energetic, skilled, reliable, and experienced instructors to lead our after-school, enrichment and extracurricular programs across private schools in the greater Johannesburg and Pretoria cities, starting in June 2026. The Enrichment Studio is the only extracurricular provider in the country offering a broad and innovative range of programs across all three categories of STEM, Performing Arts and Sport - designed to ignite curiosity, inspire creativity, and help every child discover their passions. We partner with schools across South Africa to deliver innovative, hands-on learning experiences across STEM, Performing Arts, Sports, and Creative Learning - empowering students to explore, grow, and thrive in a fun, supportive environment. Position Overview: We are seeking energetic, reliable, and engaging After-School Enrichment and extracurricular Instructors to join our Pretoria and Johannesburg team. If you’re passionate about inspiring young learners and bringing learning to life through creativity and activity-based teaching, we’d love to meet you. Instructors will lead small groups of students (Grades R-11) in fun, interactive lessons - supported by The Enrichment Studio’s ready-to-use curriculum and materials. Background in one or more areas: STEM, Sports, Performing Arts or Education. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Available mornings (08:00-09:30) and mid-afternoon (2:00-5:30 PM) at least 2–3 days/week Communicative, punctual, and dependable Background and/or fingerprint clearance will be obtained and provide relevant references Based in Pretoria and/or Johannesburg Work Location: In person (Pretoria / Johannesburg area school sites) Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engaging, age-appropriate activities in STEM, Sports, Performing Arts or Education. Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, fun, and inclusivity. Implement The Enrichment Studio’s defined curriculum with enthusiasm, adapting to student needs and group dynamics. Maintain positive classroom and behavior management strategies in an after-school setting. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during program hours, following school and program guidelines. Set up, manage, and clean up sports equipment before and after sessions. Communicate effectively with The Enrichment Studio coordinators, school staff, and parents as needed. Take attendance and provide basic feedback on student participation and progress. Represent The Enrichment Studio professionally and reliably while on campus. Arrive on time, prepared, and energized for every class session.
