Could you be the full-time Site Assistant in Boksburg, South Africa, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organisational and coordination expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll help us ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Boksburg Carbody Operations plant. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities), coordinate meetings and site events, and manage front office and administrative responsibilities – and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of reception management, office administration, and meeting coordination, but also support procurement and site communication activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Serving as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
Coordinating visitor sign-ins, meeting room allocations, and front office readiness.
Managing office supplies, records, and day-to-day administration for the site.
Supporting site meetings, team engagements, and event coordination.
Providing administrative support to the Operations team and other departments.
Handling procurement and services administration, including purchase requests and reconciliations.
Building effective relationships across teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and routines.

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
A diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in office administration, reception, or team coordination (3–5 years minimum).
Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments (advantageous).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
Highly organised, with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
A collaborative team player with a positive and inclusive approach.
