Full Job Description

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

A reputable Training Provider is inviting suitably qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following contract positions:

Facilitators
Assessors
Moderators

These positions are offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must submit the following:

Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
Certified Copy of South African ID
Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Relevant Qualifications - must have Facilitator/Assessor and Moderator
Relevant Registration and/or Scope Documentation (where applicable)

Required Scope

Applicants must be qualified and scoped for the following qualifications:

SAQA ID 58206 – National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations, NQF Level 2
QCTO Occupational Certificate: Dispatcher and Receiver, NQF Level 3

Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sound knowledge of outcomes-based education and occupational training methodologies
Strong planning and organisational skills
Professionalism and integrity
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good administrative and reporting skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Facilitating accredited learning programmes
Conducting learner assessments
Moderating assessments in accordance with applicable quality assurance requirements
Preparing learner portfolios and assessment documentation
Maintaining accurate learner records
Ensuring compliance with all applicable training and quality assurance requirements
Submitting reports within prescribed timeframes
